New for Spring 2023 we are adding more new 8' x 20' shipping container units to help serve our customers. This was a special factory order designed especially for our self-storage units. These units have added vents for better air circulation and a single lever operating door, designed for easier customer access. These units feature a lock protector and are very secure and rodent proof.

* Damage Deposit is fully refundable providing Lessor has given 30-day notice; unit is undamaged, swept clean; and cylinder lock or padlock returned after use.

How Much Does it Cost?

To calculate your season rate, take the total length of your vehicle, travel trailer or RV, tip to tip ( Including the bumper, hitch, etc), and multiply x $20.00 per linear foot. 

-Example if the length of your unit is 20' long, you would take 20 x $20 = $400/Season (7-Months)

There is a seven month minimum lease, with a minimum charge of $400 on RV's, Trailers or Vehicles per season. All RV's Boats Travel Trailer, Snowmobiles & Vehicles are subject to sales tax of 5.5 %.
To secure a space for the winter we recommend you submit a Deposit of $100.00 to hold a spot, space is limited & filled on a first come first serve basis.
